Please note that The Skin Sense does not cover the cost of return shipping.
We recommend shipping your returns parcel using your trackable postage as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 3 days of the purchase date. Please email us with your order number and a brief description of the fault.

Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund,
an exchange for another item or a store credit.
For products with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!
